
Dr. Renee Campbell,

Dr. Campbell Mapp is an Approved Domestic Violence Training Provider
through the Kentucky Governor's Office of Child Abuse and Domestic
Violence. Dr. Campbell Mapp
is a native of Adairville, KY and earned her undergraduate degree from Kentucky State University
in 1978 majoring in social work; earned a masters degree from the
University of Louisville, Kentucky, Kent School of Social Work, with a
specialization in Mental Health in 1982. Dr. Campbell Mapp is the
daughter of Mary S. Campbell who continues to live an active life in
Louisville
Kentucky and Walter L. Campbell,
Sr. (deceased); has three children, Phillip Jamell, Benjamin, and
Tristan. Dr. Campbell Mapp
received her Doctorate degree in Leadership Education from
Spalding
University in March 1999.
Her dissertation topic was “Factors That Influence Success of African
American Women” She is presently the President/CEO of Wesley House
Community Services.
Outside of her job at Wesley House Community Services, she is the
Director of Phoenix Global Humanitarian foundation and Adjunct Faculty
at Campbellsville University,
and an advocate for women and families. Dr. Campbell Mapp is especially
committed to eradicating violence and abuse, promoting services that
influence the development of healthy families, education and issues of
justice and fairness. She is a founding mother and steering committee
member of the Louisville Clothesline Project that brings attention to
the widespread abuse of women.
She is also founder Mother of the Hope Clothesline Project in
Tamale-Ghana, West Africa.
